I wouldn’t go to any other Doctor for my pain medications. Dr. Javery really listens and takes his time with you. You can tell he truly cares! Dr. Javery and his staff are gentle and caring; they truly make my injections pain free. I’m no longer afraid to get my injections.

Thank you for giving me my life back so I can be a better wife and mother to my children. God Bless Dr. Javery and his staff!

Rebecca

I have been a patient of Dr. Keith Javery for over a decade. I first started seeing him when he was seeing patients at Carson City Hospital and then followed him to Metro in Grand Rapids, then to his previous practice and finally to very his own practice, Javery Pain Institute.

Dr. Javery has the BEST bedside manner of any doctor Ihave ever known, and as a nurse, I have known quite a few! He always takes the time to listen… really listen to his patients. I was in a bad way when I first met with Dr. Javery. I was in constant, excruciating pain from injuries sustained in an automobile accident in 1990. The pain had gotten to the point that I was not working or doing much of anything with my children. Dr. Javery started treatment with injections and pain medication and now my pain is under control. My quality of life has also improved. I turned 50, and with the treatment I have received from Dr. Javery; I might not be here today to enjoy my children and my grandchildren.

The Javery Pain Institute’s staff are pleasant to deal with and always helpful. Aaron Greene, PA is an asset to the practice. His understanding and consideration are on the same level as Dr. Javery’s. I highly recommend the Javery Pain Institute to anyone that has an issue with chronic pain. I would not want anyone but Dr. Javery to treat my chronic pain condition, which is why I drive 90 miles just to continue under his care.

If you have a chronic pain condition, you truly could not ask for a finer physician to take care of you or your family member. Do yourself a favor and call for an appointment. Pain relief is just a phone call away.

I have been going to Dr. Javery since 2008 at MPC for my scoliosis. But in the spring of 2009 was when Dr. Javery saved my life. I ended up getting a deep wound on my right thigh, (Long story) and ended up having surgery on it. The wound wasn’t healing and the pain and burning was spreading to both of my legs. The pain and burning was so severe I could not stand it. Most doctors looked at me like I was crazy and making it up, but Dr. Javery didn’t. He diagnosed me with Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy and started treatment that day with a Sympathetic Nerve Block. Immediately I go relief, but the pain and burning came back seven days later. Dr. Javery sat down with me and we developed a treatment plan. I received the Sympathetic Nerve Block every other week for a couple of months and now I’m at once every two weeks. Unlike most doctors, Dr. Javery doesn’t push a procedure that you feel uncomfortable with. He will give you the options and suggestions, but he won’t make you do anything you are not comfortable with.  He also takes the time to listen and talk to you. Dr. Javery truly cares about his patients. Because of Dr. Javery, I am now able to focus on my film degree with less RSD flares. Dr. Javery isn’t just my doctor he is also a good friend. Thank you Dr. Javery.

I am a 55 year young lady with disabilities, I met Dr. Javery several years ago, and after being told I had destroyed my back from working in a nursing home lifting residents. It was not the employers fault; it was mine from not lifting the correct way that I was taught. Plus, I have deteriorating Arthritis in my spine and that as I get older it will continually get worse. I also have Fibromyalgia and both of my knees need to be replaced.

I went through a couple back and knee surgeries and therapy, along with medications. Then it was brought to my attention to try injections. I was like no way after seeing the pain my brother went through after having them. Then, I was introduced to Dr. Javery and it was like my misery had totally changed.

Dr. Javery is so concerned about us as individuals rather than as a patient and his concern is to keep us in the least amount of pain as possible when He told me he would sedate me so I wouldn’t even know I was getting the injection, it was such a relief to me. I felt I could give it a try I have been going to Dr. Javery every since.

He always makes me feel welcome, comfortable, and works with me on my problems and always finds what will work out for me. He is the best Pain Management doctor I have ever known.  My brother wishes he had an office in AZ. where he lived but I never want to lose him.

And as for his staff, they are the best too! You really feel like you’re just a part of all of them.  It’s a very nice feeling to feel like you can talk to them about anything. By the way it’s been 5 years since I was told I needed knee replacements and because of my injections I am still able to walk with my own knees : ) I truly believe in Dr. Javery.

When I first came to Javery Pain Institute for treatment, I was leery that anyone could help me with my arm and lower back/hip pain. I was treated with the utmost dignity and respect. The nurses are so helpful and understanding. But the best was after my first treatment. I could not believe how good I felt after about 3 days. I have arthritis and that will not go away but going to the Javery Pain Institute is making life easier and with much less pain.

Dr. Javery has been my lifesaver for over 13 years. I was referred to him after several doctors admitted they had no idea how to lessen my pain or control it. My first visit with Dr. Javery eased my fears and gave me hope for a better life.

My treatments have never ceased to amaze me. After my first treatment I left his office feeling better than I had in over a year.

Over the years, as my condition has changed and worsened, Dr. Javery has adjusted my treatments to keep me functional and able to do things that I enjoy.

When I walked in Dr. Javery’s office 13 years ago, I thought my life was over but with his treatments I have been able to some things I never imagined I would be able to as well as the normal everyday activities that most people take for granted.

One of the doctors I originally saw prior to Dr. Javery told me I would “just have to learn to live with it.”

After my first year of treatment I wrote a note to tell him how wrong he was. A few days later that doctor called to apologize.

I have recommended Dr. Javery and will continue to do so.

One friend that I talked into going to Dr. Javery now calls me regularly to talk about how good she feels.

To enter an office with no hope, and then to leave with an entirely new outlook is life changing, and that is what Dr. Javery did for me. To be able to do many of the things that I was told by others I that I would have to discontinue has been the greatest part of my treatments.

I know I will never be able to thank Dr. Javery for all of his help and encouragement. What Dr. Javery has given me is more than I can even describe.

I’ve been going to Dr. Javery for over 5 years now. The whole staff is wonderful!!! They deal with such a hectic schedule, seeing as many as they can every day.

Pain can do cruel things to people and I have seen many take out their frustrations on the staff. The staff always responds calmly, and as reassuring as they can be.

My condition will only get worse, nothing can stop it. These caring people do everything they can to help me lead as normal a life as I can. The treatments I receive help me more than I can say with words.

Their smiling faces, words of encouragement and empathy are rare in the medical field these days. I am grateful I have found this clinic.

To the whole staff; the receptionist, scheduling, billing, nursing, the P.A., techs, and doctors, I sincerely thank you for all your hard work and compassion
